shola reflection - sarah

Before visiting Studio Kitchen yesterday, I expected my visit to be very different. As we walked into the small studio consisting of only a kitchen, chairs, and tons of ingredients, Shola kindly welcomed us. The articles I had previously read made me believe he would be a stuck-up cook but the presentation proved me wrong. He was a very nice man who really enjoyed cooking and pleasing those who eat it. The homemade pasta was so cool and I almost died over how good his pizza was. I believe Shola is a cook. He does not make food for a restaurant, but does something way cooler. Shola is someone who prepares and cooks amazing food for others to enjoy and does not need a restaurant to know how tasty his food is.
