Self - reflection:

     In the process of making this jiggly mass, I've learned that using either too much gelatin or sweet

 condensed milk can make it too lumpy in places creating weird texture on the inside of the Jello. I

used a full cup of sweet condensed milk, which made it too sweet for the most part and the jello

didn't solidify completely. I should have added 1 more cup of water to even out the density of the

sweet condensed milk. How ever felt like this was a good experience for me to get used to the setting

of a kitchen and how everything operated. After all I believe I did ok with the Jello even though no

body like it.
